Kerim Soyoguz is a serial entrepreneur for over 15 years and is the co-founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Confatalis. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).
Kerim Soyoguz also has over a decade of experience in providing solutions in areas of investment management, real estate, advertising, entertainment, food & beverages, specialty retail, healthcare, technology, sports betting analytics, mining and energy. He has consulted to various investment management clients ranging from family offices to hedge funds with assets in excess of $400 million.
STEVEN G. TIDRICK
Chief Legal Counsel
Steven Tidrick is the co-founder, and the Chief Legal Counsel of Confatalis. He has a degree from Harvard College and Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He is admitted to the state bars of California and Massachusetts, and in various federal courts.
Steven Tidrick is also the founder of The Tidrick Law Firm and is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California, and the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section of the State Bar of California.
Steven Tidrick served during the Clinton Administration on the “reinventing government” project. He later wrote a cover story for The New Republic titled “The Budget Inferno”, which was republished in The New Republic Guide to the Issues: the ’96 Campaign (Basic Books, 1996).
