 COMPANY CHARACTERISTICS  

  • Capital Efficiency: Clear path to monetization and profitability

  • MVP: Demonstrated traction in market penetration and adoption

  • Sectors: Frontier and disruptive businesses are preferred

  • Growth: 25% or more

  • Revenue: EBITDA Break-Even or Profitable

  • Investment Size: Initial Seed Investment of $250K - $750K with $1M - $2M for follow-on

  • Ownership: Minority or Majority

  • Structure: Flexible
